The Bauchi state police command on Thursday said It has arrested a 45yr old man who allegedly slept with his 11yr old daughter.
The poliice commissioner further said he is worried with the alarming rate of rape in the state and thinks better steps would be taking to further reduce this disgraceful occurence in the state.
The question here is where is this world going to ?
